One ticket includes a box of four slices of the cake menu below and four 4oz Postdoc beers. Enough to share between two people (if you’re a good sharer) or take cake leftovers home.

PB Banana Nutella - banana cake layers, peanut butter mousse, salted nutella frosting, chocolate stout sauce

Coconut Caramel - coconut cake layers baked on shortbread cookie crusts, coconut cream filling, caramel cream cheese frosting, salted beer caramel sauce

Dubai Pistachio Chocolate - pistachio cake layers, pistachio and tahini filling with toasted kataifi, espresso chocolate chunk frosting, dark chocolate espresso ganache

Raspberry Chocolate - chocolate stout cake layers, raspberry sour beer jam, raspberry frosting

Special release of Black Forest Cake Demon Star Imperial Stout collab with us!! We threw a whole cake in the mash and then Postdoc rested the beer on more cherry and lactose to make this delicious treat beer!
